Field Trip!!!
Are you all excited about our upcoming field trip to the aquarium? I know I am! I am still looking for parent volunteer's so let me know if anyone or anyone's parents are interested. We will be leaving two weeks from today. We will be looking at fish and this will be the beginning of our science unit about living organisms that live in water!I want to hear what your favorite fish are so that we can make sure to look for them!
To learn more about fish look at Different Fish.
Reading unit! Students get ready!
We are about to start our fun reading unit. This unit will encompass us dressing up, getting in groups and acting out the characters, and lots and lots of discussion. I want to hear your feedback on what you would like to read about as a class.
Some of my books topics were, ocean, jungle, classroom, dance, and family.
Feel free to think of your own!!!

Finishing up mutliplication!!!
We have just completed our first lesson on multiplication. I know some of the students needed extra practice to really nail multiplication to the ground. Here are great links to help the students practice on their own: Let's Multiply and Math Fun.
I know my students are nervous about taking the multiplication test in another week, but continue practing and you will do great!
Please post any questions you might have and we can discuss them in class.
